What you can look forward to as Customer Success Representative Belgium SCALAR (m/f/d):
You are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of new projects
Together with our salespeople, you visit prospective customers and give demos of ZF’s Scalar fleet management solutions (on-board computers and software)
You visit existing customers on a regular basis, and foster business relationships
As a project responsible, you guarantee the successful implementation of these projects
You identify and analyze customer needs
You do the installations and give training to customers
You give assistance during the entire project
You give technical support to our field sales staff
